Betting Developers is a service brand of Corivance Solutions Private Limited, based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or personal information about your platform’s players in an initial enquiry.

How the enquiry form works

Your submission is sent to our website server and then to a connected Google Sheets web app for our team to manage enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

The form code does not save your entries in browser local storage. Enquiries are retained in the connected Google Sheet; this implementation does not maintain a separate lead database.

Live chat

Our website uses a live-chat widget provided by tawk.to. When the widget loads, tawk.to may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and pages viewed. If you start a chat, the information you provide and the conversation are processed through tawk.to and can be accessed by our authorised team. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or identity documents in a chat.

Technical information

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and access times to deliver the website, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. The enquiry handler also keeps short-lived request counts linked to a hashed email address to limit repeated submissions.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, discuss requirements, assess projects, prepare proposals, communicate about agreed work and maintain relevant business correspondence. We may also use it to protect our systems, meet applicable legal obligations and address disputes.

Our basis for processing
